Well hello there Internets

Well it has been a little while and to be honest I almost forgot about this whole blog. oops, what can I say life has gotten busy I am working as a full time therapist going back to school for my Sc.D. (yay loans!), have moved, got another dog and tried to take over the world. Well maybe not the last one.

I also became a JuicePlus destributor and because of this I am working hard to spread some of the good news about making a simple change towards health. I also have a great new website! wooohoooo.

So things are getting crazy but I think that is how life is suppose to be. Until next time :)
